Dear /fit/,I'm saving to get a rack / a full weight set since there is no gym where I live (inna woods.)Until then, does this sound retarded or beneficial? Been doing it for 1 week so far. I started with 20 reps of each exercise and every day I've been adding 5. Starting to get quite hard without breaking it up into sets (which I've been doing.) Thinking I'll add extra rep a day going ahead with some exercises.>20 pushups (now 55)>55 Squats>55 TRX band rows

>>75119483If you're going to failure every day only do 1 set. If you have to break it into sets use rest days. You can still graduate volumes by using weekly or per session rep budgets rather than daily ones.
