if you dont have shoulder mobility do doorway stretches (pic rel) until you can feel your scaps kissing
if you dont have ankle mobility then do low bar
there are a million different ways to make it easier for you

This, but you can get some benefits from it by doing explosive movement (jumping goblet squat). Much better to train explosiveness than cleans because you can get full ROM quite safely.

I'm not saying jump high so you fuck your joints up on the landing, load it enough and only jump hard enough to go like 1-2" off the ground.
