Did you not realize you're not suppose to drastically cut for a long time right?
There is a reason fasting and everything else leads to extreme weightloss including muscle loss.

However I severly doubt you're actually cutting or because

Number one side effect of fasting/cutting is extreme insomnia, because glycine is the first amino acid to go deficient in your entire body and is necessary for sleep.
The body can barely maintain glycine stores at the best of time, let alone on a cut. Because all glycine that is converted is used for only highest priority functions (skin, lungs, digestive system).

No I'm just 350lb and very active. I work a physical job so I was burning like 4500 calories per day

Even that being the case you may be overestimating your TDEE. At 350lbs losing more than 10lbs of water would be pretty normal. Either way though just stick to it and the weight will come off, just don't get discouraged if it doesn't come out to the 4 pounds of fat a week you're currently anticipating.
