It targets different muscles you retards, by bringing your arms out to the side it biases the middle delt, much more than any bench variation. This shit is not complicated. Think about which muscles have to pull to raise your arms up. It's an incredible exercise for building shoulder size, it just is. There's no discussion here, it has been tried and tested for years and the only reason I can think of why anyone would say otherwise is a thinly veiled demoralisation attempt. Utteraly idiotic to not do these if you want big shoulders

This is stupid though isn't it. OHP is FOR shoulders. Deadlift hits more muscle than every other exercise but it's fucking shit for growing your biceps.
And OHP definitely works different muscles than bench.
