4 exercises - DB Pullovers, Single-Arm-Full-Rom-Across-the-body-Kneeling Pulldowns. DB Incline Row, Machine Row
Week 1 - Lats 14 Sets/Mid Back 6 Sets
Week 2 - Lats 16 Sets/Mid Back 10 Sets
Week 3 - Lats 18 Sets/Mid Back 12 Sets
Week 4 - Lats 20 Sets/Mid Back 14 Sets
Week 5 - Lats 22 Sets/Mid Back 16 Sets
Week 6 - Lats 24 Sets/Mid Back 18 Sets
Week 7 - Lats 26 Sets/Mid Back 20 Sets
Week 8 - Lats 30 Sets/Mid Back 22 Sets
