Pros/cons vs distance running?

Real test boost that's lasting or just transient?

Does it fuck up your knees and joints less than distance running if you sprint say 1x a week for 20 mins?
>>
>20 mins
if you go at a pace you can do longer than 20s it's not really a sprint

Genius. 20 mins total session breaks in between runs

I've been doing feed the cats style training
so like 3x very short sprints (10m flys) with 5 min rests
just like once or twice a week
differences I've noticed: sore in weird places, extremely horny (can jerk off twice in a row at 35) morning wood every day, huge appetite

Why do black virgins lie so much? Jealousy?

>feed the cats
it seemed very well thought out plan when i looked into it. i did try couple atomic workouts from it. results: old knee injury resurfaced, shin splints, ankle rolled. next time i try easing into it with some hill sprints instead (less impact on the joints)
