How do you isolate these two muscle groups without leg extension and leg curl machines? How do I do this at home? I really need to deload my lower back, but the rest of my legs are still fine.
I do have a squat stand and barbell at home, along with adjustable dumbbells that I can load with as much weight as I want. I have a few bands as well.
Bump. This would keep me from needing to go to the gym so often.
