Doing rolling water fasts of 72 hours, on days where I can eat I'll eat 1 or 2 regular meals then start again, I take electrolytes and I'm trying to go for 1 day of eating per week now. Dropped 40 pounds since early july!
SW: 290 pounds
CW: 250 pounds
GW: 175 pounds although I'm not sure if it's too far if I go 175 pounds since I'm 6'5

Dude I’m 6’5 and was fat in HS (275 lbs), I lost it all in a few months and got to 190 and looked like a pipe cleaner. 175 would look dangerous lol

Idk BMI says around 175 is very healthy for my height but if I look terrible I'll stop before I reach that, I'm still looking like a fat fuck at 250 pounds and I have like 0 muscle on me, maybe you had more muscle thats why

I was completely sedentary until I lost that weight by cardio only, it was only after that I started lifting. Don’t listen to the bmi dorks, lift more.
