I know for a fact that good morning carries over to deadlift since it's basically the same exact movement - but the load is much lighter. Even still I don't have dumbbells or kettlebells or anything.

I workout with a backpack with water bottles and so far it's been totally adequate to get bigger and stronger at all basic movements ASIDE FROM hinge. I do nordic curls for hams but let's be honest it's an isolation and a knee flexing one at that.

I was thinking of maybe getting a heavy chain or sandbags but even then I'm not sure it'll be enough even for a good morning.

Any ideas bros? I would hate to lose my deadlift strength during this stretch that I'm not going to the gym

reverse hypers? need a ledge and something to hold feet down.

I was actually just thinking of that. But it would be super fucking awkward to somehow hook a backpack on my ankles and try and lift it.
I'll try though

meant regular hypers ops

I feel like regular ones mostly train lower back and MAYBE SLIGHTLY glutes. And desu I already probably hit glutes well with pistols and lower back gets a pump from nordics
