My right shoulder hurts on OHP, incline bench, and the peck deck, but not on lateral raises, front raises, or flat bench.
I took a month off those exercises and it still hurts. Am I kill, /fit/?

Go to a sports therapy clinic.

Rotator cuff or nerve impingement. Maybe arthritis. Do you have a desk job? What side do you mouse on?
>>
Use dumbbells instead of barbell as you are compensating with your right side?
>>
Start hanging daylie for 1-5 minutes. Just relaxed dead hanging, not trying pullups or whatever.
Had a fucked up shoulder for half a year, couldn't do lateral raises or facepulls without it hurting like a motherucker. Hanging fixed it in less than a month

Try swiss bar

I'd go to a physiotherapist, sounds like it's out of place if movement in the sagittal plane leads to pain
