Women choose "restricted anorexia" (ie stop eating) and fail. Men do 4-10h of exercise per day and, well, they actually achieve fat loss.Turns out you CAN outrun a bad diet and exercise is more important than restricting calories for fat loss.No need to blindly believe me, look it up yourself.
