Why are /fit/ pregnant women so aesthetic compared to untrained pregnant females? They look more compact. It looks like something is staying intact (what is that?), which breaks - like the membrane in an egg shell - for untrained women, who get pregnant. Do you know what I mean? They look like they have a visible egg incubation organ. Like an egg-sack or something, which is visible under their skin. It has a clear outline.At what point are you there? What do you need to lift? What muscles need to be developed for that to happen? I want to be an aesthetic mom-to-be, when I get pregnant.
