you'd be surprised how many people can't figure it out. there's this nice indian fellow at my gym in the morning who does that retarded blood flow restriction shit on his arms. he only does maybe 1/4 reps with a little weight and has made absolutely zero progress over the last year. utterly pathetic and I'm starting to feel sorry for him.

each muscle group 2x/week
1g protein/lb + 5g creatine daily
lift within 2-3 reps to failure
autistically obsess over form, grip, rom, mind muscle connection, etc.
sleep 8 hours

I did this for a year when I was 19 during the start of covid and looked fucking amazing, lean and ripped, better than 99% of guys from starting as a skinnyfat dyel bitch
then college started back up and rip gains
