I lost 175lbs in 2 years. I have a lot of loose skin. I decided to start lifting. I can do 20 chin-ups now. I run 4 miles a day. I'm 40 years old. What's your excuse fatty?

Yeah I noticed a difference pretty much immediately. I say immediately, 2 months of heavy workouts with a daily regimen and low carb high protein mid fatty diet. In the morning I do an ensure shake and go for my normal run, into lifting, planks, weighed jumping jacks (12lb weights strapped to my wrists and 20lbs to my ankles.) weights on my shoulders during pushups, weights on my ass during a second plank, then weighted situps. It's a lot of fun. After it stopped hurting it feels amazing.
