>>75135665You don't need inhalers as much as jew doctors are going to describe you. PEF blowing is also meme. When you get symptoms from flu/allergy/asthma flare up use maximum dose of inhalers. When cough gets 80% better just stop them. Some coughing/short of breathness is normal. I wasted years of my life (and hundreds of bucks) sounding like Mickey Mouse cause doctors tried to make make me use inhalers almost 24/7 "to prevent flare ups". Now I get few flare ups per year due flu viruses and hay fever but 2 week block of inhalers is enough to keep 80% of symptoms away.
