I found out yesterday that I have 20 AHI. I have been unable to really build muscle for most of my life. Does it kill your gains?
>>75136094Post body. I want to see what a lifetime of low test from shit sleep looks like.
>>75136101No.
>>75136101Not as bad as you think if they still lift.
>>75136101Leave it out
Losing weight can improve sleep apnea. Also certain sleeping positions can provide relief.
>>75136094Know a guy who has sleep apnea and has some decent arms/chest, he's still fat though.
>>75136231What positions? I sleep on my back
>>75137481that's the worst position to sleep if you have apnea. sleep on your sides
>>75136094Dunno. I toss and turn all night and can't sleep for shit, but build muscle pretty easily. Of course it would probably be better to be able to actually sleep soundly, certainly better for my energy levels. Sort of feel like I'm always running on empty and just powering through by sheer force of will.
>>75136094my bench press has gone from 45kg to 77.5kg in 3 months and i sleep about 5.5 hours of fragmented sleep a nightkeep in mind ive just started lifting thoughage 20 66kg bodyweight
>>75137748quick questiondo you sleep well/better for the first half of the night?
>>75136094You need to get a cpap machine bro. Don't wait that shit can kill you.
>>75136094Yes, I am sleeping 3-5 (rarely 6) hours a night. I look like a zombie. Today my boss told me I look stressed. No shit. Wife also separated. Lost motivation, not trying at work, lack of social circle. I haven't missed gym once, going literally every day. Torso/Limbs/Abs and cardio/repeat. Physical pain is the only thing that keeps me from an heroing.
>>75138422How are the gains tho
>>75138470Shit, what did you expect? Gains come from recovery. I am not giving my body enough rest.
