So I’ve got a few options on hand, and I’m wondering what’s better for general health and immune support:

Separate Vitamin C Retard (500mg Vitamin C, retarded release)
Zinc Tablets (10.6mg per tablet)
Combo Vitamin C + Zinc Chewables (300mg Vitamin C + 7mg Zinc)

Which would you guys recommend? Is it better to take them separately for better absorption, or is the combo tablet just as effective? Also, does the “retard” release version of Vitamin C even matter?
