Yo I need some help dialing in this routine this is what Ive gotten so far Day 1 - Chest / TricepFlat bench Incline bench Pec fly Pushup till failure Day 2 - Back / Biceps Assisted pullups Lat pull down Seated rows Dumbell curls standing Dumbell curls sitting Preacher curls Day 3 - Legswarm up stair master warm up groin / ankles squats warm up 1-2 feelers 2-3 sets 8-10 hard repsseated leg extension 3 hard sets 20-30seated hamstring curls 3-4 sets 10-12 reps calve machine 3-4 sets heavy as fuck 5-8 repstair master till failure.Am i missing anything critical? Modifications / revisions welcomed
