I ask because 4 months ago i had good vitamin D levels from supplementing and stopped the supps+did not get any sunlight - was wondering if that is enough to make deficient now
i know natural sunlight is best, i worked long office hours and was difficult to get sun

What
How many calories do you think vitamin D has
>>
>>75140155
stored within fat
>>
4 months is long enough to get low
>>
You don't really need much sun. 20 minutes in the solar noon will give you 20-30k iu of d3. Sunbathing for 20min 2l2 days a week is more than enough. If you haven't done that, yes, it will be low. Unless your hands and face was exposed to the sunlight for at least 5 min per day (when uvb is high)

Kek. I've been taking 30k - 50k iu of vitamin D a day along with K2 for over 6 months and got a blood calcium test that was in the middle of normal range.
