So for the past three or four months I've been on a diet plan of my own creation. I call it the Carnival Diet. I would like outline the food this diet consists and what I eat for every meal on this diet.
The Carnival Diet Plan:
Orange peanuts
Cotton Candy
Deep fried oreos
funnel cake
12 in corn dog or longer
Dark sodas or lemonade
Churros
mac n cheese waffle cone
deep fried candy bars
fried ice cream
deep fried twinkles
caramel apple
fried pickles
fried pie
fried bananas
jumbo pretzels
It's important to fry anything that's not already fried if you can as the nutrients you get from fried food are essential in this diet.
Now for breakfast I usually eat a funnel cake and a caramel apple, afterwards I wash it down with lemonade. For lunch I eat two footlong corndogs, deep fried candy or oreos, mac n cheese waffle cone, and any sort of dark soda. For dinner, Deep fried butter, 2 corn dogs, 5 deep fried twinkes, churro and sweet tea to wash it down. For dessert I have cotton candy and orange candy peanuts(2 more footlong corndogs optional)
I allow myself one cheat day a month where I eat carrots and water.
PLEASE, let me know what you think of my diet and if you have any idea on how to improve it let me know! Thanks!
