has anyone ever thought of doing gomad but having nothing else to eat so you’re literally just having milkseems like the only reason gomad makes people fat is because they’re ending up having up to 4000+ calories which is just overkill for most people a gallon of full cream milk is like 2500 calories, add an extra quart or half gallon and you’re up to 3000-3500 if you’re bulkingthe macros look almost perfectfuck it I may actually try this for a few months and report back
>>75140474theres a greentext of someone doing this for 2 weeks and severely regretted it
>>75140493is there? i remember one where a guy tried to drink a bunch of vegetable oil or whatever and nearly died on the toilet
>>75140474Nobody??? I don't have it.
only issue I can really think of is fibre but you could easily fix this by munching on raw carrots surely?
>>75140569The only issue is not enough ironFiber is one of those all or nothing things, best poops i ever had were on a zero fiber diet. You could always supplement psyllium husk or whatever if you felt the need
>>75140601>not enough irona meal of steak or incorporating liver once a week would probably mitigate thisi’m actually dead keen on trying thiswill make a proper thread if I make any progress
>>75140474Youre going to get sick of this shit after 3-4 days and know why no1 does it bro.
this could be worse than being vegan lmaowhy don't you eat veggies and meat of your choice? maybe throw some eggs in the mix. don't over complicate things
yeah yeah weve all seen the screenshot fag
>>75140474i am currently milkmaxxing. i work a physical job outside and on my lunchbreak i just go to walmart and get a half gallon of whole milk. i drink it in one sitting. on non work days i typically drink half a gallon on top of my other foods throughout the day. today i had 1.5 gallons of milk, bacon, eggs, cheese, and icecream. i feel great. my gains have been increasing, i have good energy, and with a multivitamin and creatine i feel like im hitting my micros just fine. i've gained 9lbs since the beginning of august which is great because i'm bulking. i was 171 before, yesterday i was 180. my body comp has not changed much which is a good sign. main reason i do it is because i love milk, i'm kind of lactose dependent at this point, plus it is SO cheap and gets all the macros nicely. i've been drinking about half a gallon each day for the past year. picrel is my meal, 6 eggs, 7 bacon slices, cheddar cheese. i will post the clean plate shortly. note that i finished this gallon after the meal with icecream, and that i had an additional 2 cups of it this morning and the half gallon on its own for lunch today. embrace the milkpill, anon.
>>75140611how is consuming literally one food and nothing else ‘over complicating’ anything retard>>75140609maybe, i think i will still eat other things like the occasional steak and salmon, eggs, maybe even potatoes, but just not put any pressure on to eat full meals every day. the milk will do the work

>>75140616hey everybody get a load of da human cow ova here
>>75140616>>75140625>>75140639basedyou have inspired me even further anonim a skinny guy, bulked a little some years ago but lost my gains after losing steam and various stressful things happening in my life, haven’t trained consistently in a long time. im gonna do it, im gonna put on at least 20lb and it’s going to be beautiful
>>75140474>>75140493>>75140518Let me sauce you up, brothers.
>>75140623dont talk to me like that bitch boy. it is clear that you've done mental gymnastics in order to conclude that you should eat only milk like a semen addicted faggot
>>75140656this is clearly a shitpost sorry lad>>75140679I’ve done you.
>>75140616>whole milk>bacon>cheddarAll more fat than protein wtf is wrong with you, I bet thats 70/30 beef you cooked dry

>>75140474>they figured out mostly chicken and rice worked 50 years ago>let's try some weird shit
>>75140474I just nootropic max with supplements from pop eye's and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and meat and dairy and bread and everything but all quality. I'm really focused on cognitive gains / everything that helps my nervous system. Helps recovery, helps me kleep being a beast at iron man's and ultra-marathons. Mushrooms of all sorts are a big part of my diet too.
>>75140838based>>75140828bro chicken and rice is normie shit for leaning out im tryna get thick and cum huge loads
>>75140804>beeflol, i cooked the bacon in butter. embrace the FATPILL. the milk volume alone accounted for 180 grams of protein.
>>75140569so the thing with fiber is that you only need it if you are consuming non-animal products. If you are on like a carnivore diet or something where you only eat animal products, your body will eventually adjust to digesting entirely with enzymes.
>>75141171No, fiber is literally useless and certainly harmful. There is absolutely no scenario where it is necessary, and almost no scenario where it is helpful. All of the claims about how fiber supposedly works or what benefits it provides are false. The only thing that is correct about fiber is that it is indigestible. That's literally it. Everything else is fake.>B-but this study says...No, it doesn't.
>>75140616>i'm kind of lactose dependentbased
>>75141201what about SCFAs from microbes like butyrate?
>>75140601iron is poison
>>75140616>>75140625>>75140639>>75140645Unfathomably based. I work for a cattle / dairy farmer and want to get that delicious raw milk right from the source before they remove all the goodness from it at the dairy factory. Unfortunately, the farm I usually work at is only for drystock (calves, bulls, & heifers, so no milking sheds) and the closest of their dairy farms is at least an hour round trip. I love milk but that's a bit too much time and effort wasted, especially considering I'd have to make the trip multiple times a week, as I'm assuming raw milk doesn't keep very long, so I'm stuck with regular "milk" for now. Thanks for singlehandedly keeping us in business, anon.
>Breakfast, lunch and dinner put me at ~2000kcals >I cover the difference regarding bulk/cut needs with milk and eggsEasiest and bestest diet ever
