Each bodypart 2 exercises a smaller isolation type followed by a compound move. Doesn't have to be the same every week Ibgot like 4-5 exercises I rotate depending on what I feel like doing. Warmup into 1 set to failure weight should be aiming about 8 reps but obviously go until failure. Increase weight next week if you break 12 reps. If you dont believe in hit do 2 sets l dont care but personally I cant do a 2nd set if you do the first properly. . 3x per week is too much for me. Ideally 3 restdays MINIMUM 2 days.

Whenever I change it up I just take a piece of paper then write down chest, tri, bi, lat, delt, quad, hamstring/glute/, calf, abs/erectors. Then put in exercises I like or need to be doing for like each head or whatever. Take somewhere between 15 to 20 and try to divide it evenly among what you have there. After that you just allot it to however many days you're doing. Then order it a way that seems to work or make time estimations if you need a break in the middle to get your blood sugar back up or whatever you can usually tell. Just treat everything like it's only doing shit for one area and you'll get big.
