What are 2 or 3 good ab exercises? I got sick of crunches so I've been looking for other ones. I'm slightly retarded, so I don't want to do anything too complex. Right now I just do pic rel for 1 min for 3-4 sets and it gets my upper abs, and then for my lower abs I just do bicycle crunches (3 x 20). Occasionally I do cable crunches. I think I need to work on my lower abs more, though upper abs also need work. Any suggestions for exercises? Ideally exercises that synergise well so I can hit my entire ab area each workout.

but there is only one abs excercise, well i've got 2 variants, sort of:

legs gotta be completely relaxed bot when u train abs, if they aren't it is psoas not abs bot

psoas is attached to legs bot, abs are not, psoas is dominant in all of the supposed abs movements bot, it must be either consciously relaxed or forcefully stretched when u are CRUNCHING, bending lumbar spine, flexing lumbar spine, and cranking pelvis into posterior tilt by CRUNCHING abs

L sits
Window washers

reverse crunch with leg lift
cable crunch
weighted decline
ab wheel

Thanks to all. I was also wondering if the 2 exercises I mentioned are good enough for building abs. Are they good or trash?

Literally just do stomach vacuums and some form of plank. Your abs will be fine if they're getting work keeping your body straight during squats, overhead press, etc.

Planks are yoga-tier bullshit.
