I prefer to do fast and violent crunches because you can actually feel it that way, I haven't done sit ups since a few years ago when I did one set of 300 and had to stop because I got bored, and didn't feel anything afterwards.

You just spam one exercise rest 30 seconds spam a diffent one and repeat. Rep counts and stuff like that don't matter because you're not letting them wholly recover just maximizing the amount of time you spend near failure.
