>>
>>75370604
like 3 or some shit nigga idfk i just come here to post tranny porn
>>
>>75370604
I'm convinced this exercise is a meme because I can literally do them forever, especially with the feet pinned down. I prefer to do fast and violent crunches because you can actually feel it that way, I haven't done sit ups since a few years ago when I did one set of 300 and had to stop because I got bored, and didn't feel anything afterwards.
>>
>grind down your spinal bones
>>
>>75370604
My school's gym situp rating was calculated by how much you could do in 60 seconds.
>60+ situp in 60 seconds = 100
>>
>>75370604
We've already recaptured this trench years ago private. We do leg-raises for abs. Not situps anymore. Get a move on!
>>
>>75370604
Without weights? Hundreds.
>>
>>75370604
Doesn't matter ab endurance doesn't mean a whole lot for growing them. Just being at or near failure a lot will do that. Compact way to do that is ab circuits. You just spam one exercise rest 30 seconds spam a diffent one and repeat. Rep counts and stuff like that don't matter because you're not letting them wholly recover just maximizing the amount of time you spend near failure.

i did upwards of 30 hanging upside down, never maxed out it was always for time - mighty strong hip flexors i had

this is not abs, it's iliopsoas, your back hurting during situps is most likely not bulging discs but psoas attaches there and it got tired/irritated by ur retarded gimmicks, u ain't getting any abs with it, no movement isolates abs from psoas but crunch with consciously relaxed psoas
>how do u consciously relax psoas i can't fucking feel it, nor see it
but u can feel your legs and glutes flexing
lie on matress and relax your legs and glutes completely, legs flat
>i can't, my knees want to go up for some reason
stiff tight psoas:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvviyW1ZRaQ
anyways, what u want to do is move pelvis into posterior tilt and flex lumbar spine with your abs only, push lumbar spine into the matress
>can't, my legs tense up
well then u consciously relax them, yes it is very hard to fold lumbar spine just with your abs, that's what we're trying to do here, at first u will be able to do just few seconds, uultimately u will hold it for tens of seconds, do not lift anything off the matress, head and upper back stays on, just flex abs bro, u just learned how, flex and hold
>>
>>75373384
>ab circuits.
u mean iliopsoas circuit obviously - don't do that, it's fucking retarded:

Post abs
>>
>>75373415
>>>75373412 (You)
>Post abs
and what it would do without context bot?
>nothing i just want u to dox yourself
i know bot, fuck off bot

every skeletal muscle in human body is exactly the same tissue, it reacts exactly the same to stimulus, u just gotta find a way to get the stimuli to actual muscle belly in question

yes entirety of exercises library is godawful shit that does not do anything that it is advertised for
abs:
>>75373401
each head of biceps and brachialis:
>>75373264
and on it goes, side and rear deltoid:
>>75370346
it would take forever to unfuck everything bot shills here :D but i am close
>>
>>75373499
>and what it would do without context bot?
I want to know exactly how full of shit you are and how big your porcine polish gut is.
>>
>>75370604
just do leg raises faggot
bet you situp faggots can't do a single set of straight leg raises
LEG RAISE CUNT
>>
>>75370604
Sorry. I am loyal to John Abdo.
>>
>>75374002
>LEG RAISE CUNT
abs are not attatched to femur bot, the fuck are u raising ur legs for?
>>75374040
yeah some stupid joke i don't want to know about
>>75373523
>I want to know exactly
blaibla bot, u have abandoned this thread already bot:D

here is abs:
>>75373401
and few others:
>>75373499
>>
wait what's wrong with leg raises now?
>>
>>75371432
You’re definitely not doing them properly then. Unless your definition of “forever” is 50 or so in which case congratulations you aren’t a genetic dead end
>>
>>75371580
Literally every exercise damages your bones/joints. Go sit on a couch and never move for the rest of your life if you’re so concerned you weak ass bitch
>>
>>75375316
>wait what's wrong with leg raises now?
what is right with them i would ask in return, if u want abs your legs should be either pulling in hip hyperextension stretching iliopsoas or be completely relaxed

ABS ARE NOT CONNECTED TO LEGS FUR FUCKS SAKE LOL

>>75375304
>>75373499
>>75373384
>>
>>75374002
Leg raises are easier than sit-ups the fuck are you on about?
>>
>>75375329
>pulling in hip hyperextension stretching iliopsoas

huh?
>>
>>75375326
>Literally every exercise damages your bones/joints.
no bot, lying on matress and sinking your lumbar spine down does no such thing
>>75373401
>move pelvis into posterior tilt and flex lumbar spine with your abs only, push lumbar spine into the matress
ok? easy enough, just be mindful not to use legs at all quads soft hams soft glutes soft - poke em with fangers of urs

if they aren's soft u are using iliopsoas to counterbalance with legs and the rest is history: hams and/or glutes flex opposing iliopsoas compressing (when u think u crunch u just flex internal muscle u want as long and mobile as possible) and as hams flex quads flex to oppose so that u don't do bridge all of a sudden lol :D it's that fucken easy lol - legs loose, butt also loose, i dare to hold for 10 secs without lifting your head and thoracic spine, yeah lumbar flexion & thoracic extension with posterior pelvic tilt with loose legs - that's what i'm talking about, it's ridiculous what is there to unearth, literally u can mog manga panels in months when u are able to isolate muscle with continuous tension on muscle bely
>>
>>75375333
equally retarded :D
>>75375337
>huh?
like lie on bench with pad under ur butt and drop ur femur down ok?
like so:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvviyW1ZRaQ
only u go both legs down because u can't separate left ab from right, i think - i will think about it more now anyways D:
so, u crunch (bring ribs to front of pelvis and front of pelvis to ribs as ur legs dangle) with ur posterior pelvic tilt induced by pad under butt and sink your lumbar spine and stretch psoas in this position by weighing it down with the weight of your lower extremity :D

>>75375394
This is just leg raises with extra movement
>>
>>75375415
no bot, the excercise is leg drop with lumbar flexion and posterior pelvic tilt, the other leg up pulled with belt is ensuring posterior pelvic tilt, iliopsoas is stretched in the leg down bot :D

i am not even saying to crunch in this position
i am saying to make sure your legs are loose, your glutes are also soft and crunch, sink your lower spine down and posteriorily tilt pelvis while lieing down completely flat on matress :D
>>75373401
>lie on matress and relax your legs and glutes completely, legs flat
>what u want to do is move pelvis into posterior tilt and flex lumbar spine with your abs only, push lumbar spine into the matress

ok ? is that understood lol :D why do act like retard and a half bot :D ?
