I find all variations so boring. I'm already doing pullups, chinups and rows which include the bicep to some degree. Do I really need to isolate them too?
>>75370804Isolating them is good, but I'd wait until you can do 15 pull ups first. If that doesn't give you arms you want, add some curls. People react differently so you will have to see what works for you.
