Lower the weight and keep going. Go until you can't lift the bar. Then pick up dumb bells and keep going until you can't lift any of those either. Then go until you can't lift your arms.

I used to lift like that. I used to go to failure and get a proper pump. I one rep maxxed 335 . I was 12 years younger, on creatine, and had a fire under my ass to get ripped and fuck bitches like zyzz told me…now i can barely get those 5 reps of 2 plate and they dont even count cus my ass was off the bench. Had an upper arm injury almost a year ago that im still recovering from too :’’’( its over for me, boys…inb4 just take creatine. I cant take creatine because it’s contraindicated for elective procedures that im pursuing (hair)
But then my precious ego hurts to lower the weight… I did a deep cut today and had only about 700 calories. I did end up going back and doing 4 sets of dips including weighted sets….but ya its over, brothers

If you have an injury just go with really low weight at insane volume for awhile. It helps break up scar tissue, restrengthen tendons and joints, and get down your form again. Put on your favorite inspirational movie and bench the bar through the whole thing. Trust me you will notice the difference immediately after recovering from a session or two of this. I am a martial artist and have had multiple injuries and this is my secret weapon to put myself back together. Works better than stem cells.

Oh yeah it will be intensely painful and require a ton of willpower. Best to amp yourself up with a megadose of caffeine before hand and anything else you have that might help. Might want to wear wrist straps too as they are going to want to give out first. Any compression gear you have will help too. Get a bucket of ice and water and soak a towel in it to cool yourself off.

Wow thank you, brother. I really appreciate your advice. The arm is hell, I feel like the muscle cant even fire properly anymore, like it lags to twitch and contract…but i mean it has gotten better over the months since surgery so theres that. ROM work with light weight sounds exactly right desu. I do take caffeine and even ephedrine. that routine does sound kinda like hell though. I guess i should do bicep curls with super light weight high reps until it burns and hope the arm feels normal one day. Idk. I was able to do some neutral grip pullups recently even but had some arm pain after and worried i may have even overdone it but it was fine. Will never be the same probably

Short torso, long legs. At least your femurs are proportional to your lower legs.

You look like the reverse of spider mode since you have good arms and your lower body is very dominant because of proportion, You need more volume on your main body - focus on shoulders, traps, chest, lat etc.
