If that's too much commitment get at least one 20lb dumbbell (or equivalent weight) and put it in your bedroom.
Once it starts feeling light or you can get to 15-30 reps in a set reliably find ways to increase weight.

Hire the absolute hottest personal trainer you can find, and study as many lifting videos focusing on perfect form as you can on YouTube. Two reasons: First if she's hot, you're going to be motivated to show up. Second if she's hot but a moron, you can pretty much correct anything wrong she tells you by watching men who knows what they're doing. The tits are for motivation, the videos are so you don't waste your time and money learning the wrong shit.
After three or four months you should know enough of the basics to be on your own, and you'll have been doing it frequently enough that it's a habit so if you want to ditch the trainer, you can.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Same as dinner
Dinner: Stir fry with whatever meat is on sale, chow mein noodles, heavy on carrots and onions. Seasoned with garlic/ginger/chili flakes. Flavored with oyster sauce. Canola oil for good luck. (2x meals for lunch the next day). Skip the noodles if you're going for fat loss.

=Routine=
Pull ups, push ups, hollow body holds, planks and leg raises. I kinda stopped doing the hollow body holds and planks when I was able to start doing a full captain's chair leg raises.

No rep counting, no sets. Everything is done throughout the day, most days. Train to failure unless you're having a pseudo-rest day. You can rest when you start getting sore. You'll come back stronger.

Yes, basically. I don't go to failure literally every time to avoid over-use injuries, but at least once a day to failure. More focused on pull ups than push ups. Listen to your body, if you're not sore you can do some more pull ups. You're probably going to be limited more by your joints and tendons than your muscles. That's when you pull back into pseudo-rest days or total rest days.

I do something like this. Except I day I do pushups, next I do squats, next i do pullups then cycle again until Sunday which is my official rest day. That way each muscle group is done and gets ample rest.
