Turns out I failed the fifth 170kg rep at lockout after making massive progress. I attempted it again minutes later, so I'll count it. I'm pretty sure that I just lost position off the floor which made it impossible to finish at the top since I was off balance. That's it, my 15kg/week deadlift progress has come to an end. It's over. I was hoping for 4pl8. I can now either fatfuck myself and retry, drop to 2x a week, or drop to 2.5kg increments at 3x/week pulling still. I wonder if I can cruise to 5pl8 for reps on SS considering I'm basically touching 4pl8s already.

Yesterday I barely managed to pull 240kg hook grip. Today I did 3 260kg singles. Slowly building back my hook grip because I got too comfortable with using straps. Can't wait to pull 280, 300, and more with hook. Finally killing the nerves on my thumbs. >:3Tomorrow I'll try to PR on bench I think, I ate a big cheat meal yesterday and today, so might as well make the most out of it.
