not unless you can fix your insertions

How does insertions make a muscle bigger?
>>
Do DB or cable presses

Is your left shoulder more flexible? Is your left tricep weaker than the right?
>>
>>75458822
There you go
When you stay in your pushup position to pull your cock, your left pec is still working through the entire goon session
>>
>>75458823
ill give you an insertion lol

your heart takes up space so the left medial ribcage has a prominent extrusion compared to the more flat right side - nothing to worry about, really

In time it will go away

Better question: how the FUCK is my right shoulder still forward and down while I stretch my pec minor, pec major (esp. clavicle head), external rotators, lat, teres major, teres minor, biceps, coraco brachialis and triceps? NOTHING CHANGES

My right shoulder does hurt sometimes in certain positions

I fractured my radius on my left arm and struggle with this immensely. as soon as I make progress I get discouraged by seeing how much smaller my entire left side is, particularly the delta.

I'm still trying to figure this out but I think the biggest thing is just keep fucking lifting and do more drop sets on the bad side.

ur lower right trap is nonexistent meaning very thin very frail to the point that if u were lean enough u'd think just by looking at it that it simply isn't there, like no contractile tissue to grow, i had this exact experience, turns out once i have loaded it up with my modified unilateral upright row that it appeared just like on my orher side and scapula stopped winging the next day lol
>your heart takes up space so the left medial ribcage has a prominent extrusion compared to the more flat right side - nothing to worry about, really
u're also retarded, heart does not protrude through ribcage unless u are very malnourished
>How does insertions make a muscle bigger?
they don't, stop doing retarded bilateral shit like benching
>>75444226
>>75444243
99,99971% of times insertions or genetics isn't the reason, it is simply the way u load muscle (or don't) during your exercising
which part of muscle is missing supposedly OP ?

I'd say its the upper part of my right pec thats smaller
>>

>I'd say its the upper part of my right pec thats smaller
easy fix:
>>75460668
>>>75444226
the only impingeless clavicular head of pectoralis major isolation
>but what about winging scapula and protracted shoulder?
>>75460668
>modified unilateral upright row:
take one light dumbbell fully internally rotate shoulder and fully pronate forearm (disengages biceps completely)
keep forearm with db perpendicular to floor at all times, elbow as far as it goes to the front
in this positioning u weigh the weight on your isolated side deltoid (and lower trap) by moving humerus through parallel to floor (little up little down)
bend in hips accordingly to facilitate the positioning and motion

shoulder positioning may also look like uneven pecs, no it's not hear protruding
>>
So not benching is the solution?
