>>75463913>abs editionyeah i used to think abs are made in the kitchen, then i realised i don't have any fat to grab on my arse anymore and abs are still meh, ok so i went and leg raised for about a year or so, not hanging just lift them up and hold as i lie down - abs are getting hard and u can safely hold as long as u can lol - it does nothing either turns out u can't isolate abs from isiopsoas, iliopsoas is dominant muscle in all of abs motions even crunch machine because iliopsoas will crunch (particularly psoas) just like abs, and is dominant in that motion and will fuck ur posture short and tightened with ur retarded "abs" getting efforts, but alas the key to isolating abs from iliosoas is relaxed, loose legs and gultes as u crunch, as u lie in ur bed or on matress in gym u crunch - bring ribs to pelvis via lumbar flexion (sink lower spine down) and pelvis to ribs via posterior pelvic tilt WHILE your legs and glutes are soft >that's some esotheric mumbo- jumbo mind muscle connection gobbledygooklisten idiot, i am not telling u to feel ur abs, i am telling u to make absolute certain your legs and glutes are soft while u crunch by pokin them with ur crusty fanger and that's how i got my abs all the way to dickens within 2 weeks lol, it's less of an effort than 5 minutes a week lol :D and that's why u don't see as much >hanging leg raises, dragon flag threads here - bot is kinda apprehensive making the threads now
