There's an average of 82 mg of isoflavones in 100g of natto according to the USDA isoflavone testing. 50mg daily ingestion has been shown to impact women's menstrual cycles. At around 300mg is when men begin to develop serious complications. Erectile dysfunction, sperm dysfunction, low libido, passive aggressiveness, gynecomastia, and other conditions associated with excess estrogen. Now 300mg is difficult to get for a typical person sure, but if you're trying to replace food groups with soi then you're almost guaranteed to do so. If you swap out whey protein for soi protein, you're likely to hit it. If you swap out eggs for soi eggs because you're a vegan you're likely to hit it.

Despite this, any amount of isoflavones impact hormones. The more you take, the worse it is. Ideally you'd avoid all sources but that's not possible so the best you can do is limit your intake and avoid the worst sources, which is soi.
