Can I gain 20 kg in 5 months?

>>75466284of fat. Yes.

>>75466308Polynesians, BYU has a huge amount of islanders playing for them since they're big af and mormons have a really strong presence all over polynesia; they're pretty much what gives BYU an edge in football to begin with, since islanders are some of the biggest heaviest people outside of nordic countries and the retards they breed in the southlocal mormons dislike the polynesians outside of football however, we call them pineapples and like browns the world over, they commit the vast majority of crime in otherwise 99% white provot. on 6th wife
>>75466656*the vast majority of non-white collar non-high value crimeFixed. The sad part is that they all voted for Trump as if guys like you aren't going to have them on the first boat back to Tonga.I'm jelly of their general natural massiveness and tight-knit families, though.
>>75466656What are you talking about nigger those dudes are not polynesian. Even if they are mixed they are less than half. I'm from the country with the most polynesians of anywhere and I have never seen even a half breed who looks that white, doesn't even remotely resemble a full poly.
>>75466656Never knew this about Polynesia, but it makes sense cuz one of the guys from my highschool went to BYU and he was an islander, though I think he's new Zealander native but same difference
>>75467084>Minorities don't look like the stereotype I see in my mind's eye.
>>7546628420kg in 5 months is a bit much, but I gained 18kg in about 10 months. 10kg in about 3 months, pretty much all muscle and all natty. People will say it's impossible but I can only say what I did:>6'6 skelly man, 78kg very low bodyfat>stopped alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine, and all drugs>started doing a super gay brosplit with only high rep dumbbell lifts 6 days a week, and running a bit>roughly doubled my food intake, was NOT eating clean at all just piling in food and protein>after maybe 5-6 weeks of that got a barbell and some more plates>got up to around 88 in about 3 months still super lean. It's not very big for my height, but I think I have pics somewhere in case anyone thinks I'm delusional and just gained a lot of fat>I gradually learned more about lifting and got a better routine, but the beginner gainz were subsiding by then anyway>Weight kept going up but I could notice a bit of extra padding going on, in any case within less than a year I was 96kgI used to post here back then and a lot of people told me it wasn't possible, but what can I say? I just did what I did and that's what happened. I did start taking creatine at maybe 84-85kg, that might have added some water weight or something. But I pushed myself really hard too.
>>75466284Yes, you'll need to eat a 1000 calorie surplus every day. It'll roughly equal 1kg extra weight each week, over 5 months or 21 weeks that's 21kg increase in weight.
>>75466284Yes you can, but expect about 60-70% of it to be fat and water. obviously you need to train very hard and very consistently, you can't really afford to half arse sessions or skip days on that kind of bulk if you're trying to maximise muscle gain
>>75466308... What a weird first thought to have.
>>75467248The town I grew up in is majority polynesian, most of whom are mixed race (maori/white hybrids). I currently work with LITERALLY HUNDREDS of polynesians, most of whom are full blood. I do mean literally hundreds, our total team is ~350 people and more than half of them are polynesians straight from the islands here on seasonal work visas. I know what polynesians look like my dude. The guy on the left has a slightly poly look about him but must be mixed, the guy on the right could be at most 1/4 but only if he got some weird genetic lottery results.
>>75467264That sounds like standard beginner gains, I did something very similar when I started>Started at 59kg skelly low bodyfat (I'm 5'10")>Over the course of a year bulked to 78kg still lean but not as much so>Got significantly stronger on every lift (my day 1 max bench was 40kg, by the end of that year I could bench 90kg for 1)>was pretty much doing a bro split with arm and shoulder day, chest and back day, and leg day during this>Also it was a dirty bulk, a ton of McDonald's and KFC, and I was drinking those mass gainer powder shakes with whole milkI think beginners can get away with doing this, and even should do this just to build some mass and a decent strength foundation. But any intermediate or advanced lifter who tries this approach will just get fat
>>75467325Yep I agree, I just thought it was funny that everyone here said I was a liar or delusional. Do these faggots actually lift for real? I still looked skinny, although much better, and my lifts weren't that great. To act like I was making outlandish claims of being superhuman was very strange to me.

>>75467325>dirty bulkFood is food, protein is protein, nothing wrong with a dirty bulk beyond that fact you're eating bad food with little to no vitamins/fibre in it. In terms of overall heath it's bad, but in terms of gaining muscle/strength it does the job and you'll gain as much muscle as you would have it you ate chicken rice and broccoli. Going from 59kg to 78kg over a year is 0.37kg per week which is, honestly, close to the perfect bulk. Even an Intermediate and Advanced lifter would still gain decent strength doing what you did.
>>75467381>Cannot into science or grammarAre wolves, coyotes and Yorkshire terriers all the same race?
>>75467343To be honest it seems like most of the guys here are inconsistent with workouts, half arse every session and never really push themselves, don't do any progressive overload or pick up any weights that are actually challenging. that or they just don't eat enough, hence why there's people here who are still lifting novice numbers despite 3+ years of apparently lifting. it can't be so hard to believe that when a skinny guy who's never lifted before starts eating a lot and training hard for months on end, he gains a decent amount of muscle. of course neither of us were pushing amazing numbers after, and weren't built like brick shithouses either, but we gained a reasonable amount of muscle in a reasonable time frame
>>75466284>>75466284you just KNOW
>>75467408Yeah I think you're right. Or else it's roidtrannies who only gained the same amount if not less, and don't believe it's possible for anyone to do it natty.

>poly>do not have moana tattoosidk..
>>75467325>But any intermediate or advanced lifter who tries this approach will just get fatYou'll get bigger and stronger, you will just also get fat. You're probably getting fat earlier, too, it's just visceral and not so obvious. Your best bet for maxing out your potential is a slow dirty bulk over like a decade.

>>75467533>The guy on the left has a slightly poly look about him but must be mixedSo I was right>the guy on the right could be at most 1/4So I was wrong but to be fair that is a pretty weird picture of him, I looked at some other pics and he looks very different and much more obviously part polyneisan. He looks Jewish in that pic.

>>75467581What's the metaphor you guys use? A drop of shit in milk ruins the milk? And you were more than a drop wrong. More like 50%, if we're being generous. Bottoms up? :cringe:Remove the racism brainworm and you'll have less of an issue with this dude.
I'm roiding by the way, but not impressed with the results so far. 90 kg
>>75467957What's your actual numbers though? How long have you been juicing, what weight did you start at, how much did you gain so far?Even if you are on roids it's possible to make very little progress if you don't eat and train right. I've never done it myself but I've seen plenty of failed cycles online and known people personally who made fairly modest progress on a cycle, then lost most of it when they came off.
