There is just one sing that i like about that guy, he introduced me to intermitant fasting and for me it really works, i think that there is nothing amazing or special about IF but skipping breakfast is a cheat code when i want to cut, i basically remove 700-800 cals without any issue and i'm never hungry in the morning, so there is that
