He has that look.

Yeah, fuck this grifter.

Weight lifting was solved by Eric Helms like 5-6 years ago
>1. Create a program that you can do regularly, that is fun and that you enjoy doing (it's infinitly better to do something perhaps a bit less optimal if you know that you will be able to do it more regularly)
>2. Use good intenssity and a good number of sets (RPE 0-3, 10-20 sets per muscle per week)
>3. Progressive overload : Add weight, reps or optimize your technique each week
>4. Use exersises that are fun, stimulate the muscle that you want to graw and that are not painful
>5 Use good technique, control the excentric, deep stretch etc
>6. Take enough rest time (anything after 1 min is fine)
Fitness is solved, if you think that listening to this fucking nigger that is litteraly the son of a guy that was worth several hundred million will give you anything you're just retarded, go buy his latest KINOCREATINE-MAXXX and shut up
>>
There is just one sing that i like about that guy, he introduced me to intermitant fasting and for me it really works, i think that there is nothing amazing or special about IF but skipping breakfast is a cheat code when i want to cut, i basically remove 700-800 cals without any issue and i'm never hungry in the morning, so there is that

Here is what he looks like with a shirt on standing next to other people.
IDK, he looks kind of small to me.
Not the kind of look I'd expect from an expert bodybuilder.
How much does he weight again?
>>
>>75467355
Yeah I agree with the greentext. I reckon that's the best approach for the majority of people. However,
>weight lifting was solved by Literal Who like 5-6 years ago
Come on, this approach to training has been around for decades. Don't attribute it to a bloke from only 5 years ago lol

Greg never claimed to solve lifting retard, he just told us to stay lean and natty. You’re angry because you’re a fat ugly roidape
>>
>>75467716
>he looks small
That’s because you have body dysmorphia.
He looks lean in both a shirt and out of it.
Being high bodyfat is disgusting

>That’s because you have body dysmorphia.
>Being high bodyfat is disgusting
No one said anything about high bf.
Your projecting and you have body dysmorphia.
>>
greg is peak aesthetics
peak sex appeal
peak functionality
looking any bigger than this is delusional, 95% of women would pick Greg over a roided up sam lookalike
>b-but he's only 5'10
cope, Kinobody IS fitness
>>

>his entire career is based around his physique
>he totally wouldn't roid though
>>
>>75467007
Absolutely. Anyone who is 30 years old understands that he is doing it right. There is so much more to life than gymceling 6x a week and autistically following a bodybuilding routine and diet when you arent ever even going to step on a stage.

only students or complete losers have time for that anyways and whats the upside? theoretically 1% better physique? as a natty you start getting such severe diminishing returns that its definitely not worth it to sacrifice your entire life to training. rather focus on your career, social status, relationships etc.

Some of us just enjoy it. I'm 5'11, 215lbs with ab definition and visible arm and leg veins. I could realistically go 3 times a week for 45-60 minutes and maintain what I have, but enjoy the workouts.
>>
>>75470478
>215 lbs with abs at 5'11 as natty
either post body or complete bullshit
