Aging in boxers and similar types of aging starts around late 30s/early 40s and from there it's a gradual decline. It's plausible that if Foreman had been 58 and had kept doing exhibitions and keeping in shape for all those years he could have beaten Jake Paul at 58. He was a really good ager in boxing unlike Tyson who was a very bad one, partly due to his style requiring devastating speed to get in and get that sweet punch. Even though we all decline eventually if we live a really good lifestyle (no roiding for example) we can reasonably hope that things never get too shit, and then probably hope to die early 80s unless there's some particular reason you want to keep going.
