I now want to try out the Deltoits #3
I expect it to be even more humbling exercise than OHP. Which would explain why it isnĀ“t common, as have the OHP threads lateley showcased.

I mean I don't think he was natty but the amount of gear he was on was so low it was probably equivalent to a modern day SARM cycle. The hard work part was right though. Stories about him working out it seems like he put more effort into one days workout than most people put into a week. So yeah, based.
