How many things do you put up with, take for granted, and just assume is normal bc it’s been that way for you?

I used to sleep 10-11 hours and take 2 hours to fall asleep. I was losing 1/2 my life to just sleeping.

I was worried melatonin would make me sleep longer or feel groggy but I am sleeping 5-6 hours and am fully alert and active.

I don’t think I was getting deep sleep. I’m a light sleeper and don’t remember having dreams before melatonin. Now I feel like I get deep sleep in 20 minutes.

My daughter woke me up at 5:30 this morning then again at 6:30. I felt like I was asleep for an eternity in that 40 minutes. 2 months ago I wouldn’t have even been back asleep by 6:30

I started exercising and reading again bc I have another 6 hours a day.

For me it's vitamin D, magensium, zinc and melatonin
The best sleep stack
