2 Day Butt Split

Day A
5x8 Hip Thrust to activate glutes for upcoming Work out
3-4x20 Squats (Low Bar would be best for butt, but it depends on your anatomy what is comfortable, High Bar is sufficient.)
3xX One Leg RDL with KB or DB

Day B
3xX Back Extension
3xX Good Mornings
4x20 Deadlift
3xX Lying Leg Curls

That is more than enough. It is important to choose a weight that is uncomfortable and you really have to push yourself to finish during Squats and Deadlifts. Maybe you can do 8-10 Reps with that weight, but than you push through to 20 and make minor breaks with the bar still on your back.

Different machines have different modes. I just adjust the speed to stay between 150-160bpm during an hour. Huge thight/glute gains in no time. Thats why stacies grind it 24/7

based thread, i've recently just started going to the gym and I plan to just t-rex mode and spam glute work 3 times a week. i have pretty wide hips but my ass is a bit on the flat side

i had a pic i downloaded here a while back that said that step-ups are considered to be one of the best in terms of glute activation, i'll see if I can find it
