Hey guys! I haven't been able to post in at least a year, a chronic health condition regarding my organs plagued me for the past 3 years and I almost had to entirely give up lifting a year ago, but with the help of a good few docs it ended up only being a year worth of a break. I've gotten back despite a pretty annoying hospitalization case and I've remade most of my gains I think. The bottom images are the current me in comparison to my older (above) pics, and while I am still a good bunch lighter than I used to be, I'm quickly catching up in strength and size. I still feel like I look more bloated and less defined than what I used to, but I think I'm getting back there. Cya and never give up trying /fit/.

3 weeks since I last posted. Will continue cutting and lifting and praying on gains carry me. Down from 215lbs -> 204lbs. Lifts have gone up slightly or maintained at least. Recording all my shit in Chronometer as an anon here told me to. Eating pretty much exclusively eggs, ground beef, chicken breast, rice, and whole milk. I hope to be presentable in 6-8 months. Journey from skinny fat to fit is a long road, but I'm going to do my best to keep at it. It's very helpful that I find lifting fun and walking relaxing. Only complaint is that I've been so focused on fit shit that I've been slacking in my workload. Need to get that under control, but I'd rather care for my health than Dr. Goldberg at this point in time.

6’, 188 lbs atm.Training going well, my ac joint hasnt been acting up too badly, as long as i dont bench press more than once a week. Knees and hips also cooperating, basically at full lower and upper body shape, which makes me very optimistic. There’s definitely some mental blockage when it comes to upper body heavy lifts, i am always anticipating if my tendon or sometning will get injured (again) and its hindering my progress, because i have loads of strength. This week i’ve done 5 reps 4 plate bench press, and easy peasy 5x5 5 plate squat. I ll get lifting belt and knee sleeves around christmas so i am excited for that.
