Does anyone else program hop too much? I just can't find the one I like doing
Full body/UL take too much time and I lose interest halfway through
PPL is too many days in the gym
Bro split is too low frequency etc

Ive started doing an asynchronistic split , 4 days on 1 day off, and i really like it

Strength training aside it really doesn't matter. If you just want to look good as long as you're going to the gym consistently it's all good

Programs are a waste of time and energy.
Just train whatever isn’t sore that day, and keep track of how many reps you can do on the main compound lifts.
