Is it really a bad idea to use these anti-inflanmatory gel for muscle/joint pain?
Some people say anti-inflammatory stuff actually kills your gains over just resting
But I developed some pain all over my right shoulder and the back area of my right arm that I ignored at first believing they were just your usual DOMS, but after two weeks not fully going away they decided to flare the shit up while swimming today
Perhaps my terrible beginner form is leading me to imminent injury?

Use a liniment like tiger balm or a foal roller.
