What lifts can I do with a fucked up rotator cuff? Idk if it's my rotator cuff but it's something in my fucking delt that feels like it's not set right. Cables? Push exercises are out of the question

Push exercises at 50% or less after the sharp pain is gone and beef your tendons in training.
