Is infrared red light recovery legit or a waste of time?Does it really help muscle recovery faster?
>>75473381Theoretically: Yes. In practice: No. Most red light recovery/RLT items are severely underpowered and do nothing except provide ambiance to the room. You're looking to pay for $2000 minimum to get something effective.Even if you were to splurge on the minimum effective RLT items, you're not looking at anything vastly significant in terms of recovery ability. It's a meme much like cold plunges. Spend the money on BPC-157/TB-500 instead if you want something to help you get better.
>>75473436is that the code for OP jav?
>>75473436You can buy a 200w near infra red bulb for 20 usd and i will burn your skin if you get close to it.But yea a good led 200w panel woulf cost at least a 1000 usd.
>>75473381It's such a rabbit hole but they do seem legit. I'm considering getting a panel, mainly for (back) pain relief and energy/brain gains. No idea which one and what wavelengths to go for though, but i'd prefer some kind of half or full body panel size wise. Buying straight from the chinese manufacturers (through alibaba) seems to be by far the cheapest option.
