I have been been doing a PPL's routine ever since March of this year when I was almost 300lbs, finally got myself down to 205lbs these past 7-8 months but my current new job which is landscaping has been limiting my time at the gym..

Are there any other workout routines I can go for that won't take up 6-7 days per week?

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

You can put legs on pull day since they're probably big enough anyway.

Upper/lower split? I think that one is less demanding time-wise

Looking good bro, how many days are you looking to do? I do a PPL routine but go heavy 3 days on the weekend and then during the week do a slower, lighter Push and then a shortened combined Pull & Legs day with some sets taken out

Either build shoulders or bench pretty much its easy to do enough back arms and debts. Legs keep anything more than once every 2 weeks separate from putting on serious weight to your bench/ohp because you won't have the power left to do as high intensity. You should still be doing upper body more than lower by 2x even when training legs but now your legs are strong enough to never have to train seriously and not look dumb as shit.

get yourself a pair of dumbells with adjustable weight and if possible a bench, PPL X3-4 is enough so those 3-4 days you don't go to the gym you focus on building shoulder - back width and arms in your house (you go balls to the wall in the gym and train more volume in your house)
