That's a stupid question for hypertrophy since for that you would like to have much volume to failure meaning many sets and many reps in total, so it is unlikely you will lift very heavy.
I use 15kg dumbbells right now for 6 sets of 10 reps as long as the muscle doesn't fail.

These numbers are meaningless because form varies so wildly. If you keep your elbows locked in place and totally use the biceps then you'll do less than half the weight compared to swinging the weight or letting your elbows move.

100lbs on 5ft straight bar, no idea what i could curl on ez curl bar or with dumbbells. i dont really like going heavy on curls since my left bicep tendon partially ruptured when i was 17. so its deformed now and doesnt feel the best when i go too heavy

A year ago or so I tried getting to a 1pl8 curl but maxed at 115lbs and even with the ez bar it gave me such bad tendonitis and no benefits that I quit curling heavy. I currently curl 85 for 3x8.
