Doesn't hard cardio destroy you so bad your body lowers its test I would imagine walking briskly up a hill is enough cardio to do all the time.

unless you're REALLY fat, do both, but do the weight lifting first
if you are really obese, probably just hold off on doing any cardio more intense than walking until you're at least down to merely being overweight so you don't fuck up your joints
