Quit around 2012 when I got more into bjj than lifting. Misc was dead and getting too liberal anyway. Spent some time on the mmaunderground but they were also incredibly gay and bailed before the 2016 elections. Glory days of the misc around 2007 were great though. Never could stand getbig. The original Muscular Development forums were great at that time too and pro men and women were very candid on there about training sex and drugs.
