I'm at that stage where my gf asked to train with me, until now she was fucking around in another gym, doing some lightweight bullshit. But now she'll work out with me and I wonder what kind of program I could give her, something focused on glutes for sure (like all women do).
Any program to suggest? I don't mind paying some thot influencer to have a reayd-to-use program, I just don't feel like spending weeks on it.
