What’s the proper way to cope with the fact that I’m 24 years old and only now started lifting
>>
>>75476439
You keep going, it's all any of us can do
>>
Cope with what? You're improving urself every day. The average no-lift 24 year old is the one that needs to cope
>>
>>75476593
24 is an extremely late age to start
>>
>>75476604
I started at 26 and I'm in my 30s now mogging zoomies everywhere I go.
>>
>>75476604
How can it be "late" to start improving yourself daily?
>>
>>75476439
By lifting. What a stupid defeatist question
>>
There are people in their 30's just starting lifting.

I started lifting at 38 three months ago. Holy shit has it been worth it.
This 4chan meme about it being over past a certain age is pure defeatist retardation. Perfect is the enemy of good enough and nobody's life is perfect.
Even the 40-year-old wizards here could benefit from improving their habits. It is never too late.
>>
>>75476439
I'm 35
I stopped when I was 20
I just started 6 months ago. It's like everything I used to do was funsies, now I have slow gains because it feels like a chore, not like it was a team thing when I played sports
>>
>>75476439
Steroids. Blast and blast heavy
I started lifting at 25 and wasted 3 years of my life natty
Don't do it.

Keep in mind there'll be collaterals, but generally the worst scenario is only death
>>
>>75476656
Holy shit
38 year old posting anime shit
>>
>>75476656
based 38 yo mikuboomer
>>
>>75476439
Just lift for a decade and then start pinning test forever (other compounds optional) at age 35 while maintaining, like every other semi-intelligent lifter.
>>
>>75476439
By lifting with actual intensity and focus. Get in good now before injury risk goes up from aging
>>
least you’re not a virgin at 24 anon
>>
>>75476439
I restarted at 34 and I'm back in shape as of this past summer three years later. You have 13 years on me.
>>
>>75476439
Bro, you don’t need to give up just because you started late. It’s the same as anything else.
>>
>>75476656
>approaching 40 and still posting anime girls online
if i were you i'd kill myself
>>
>>75476613
Imagine how much better you’d look if you started when you were supposed to
>>
>>75476632
Yeah and they’re fucking losers
>>
>>75476439
eat clean, lift consistently, practice good form. Exploit those noobgains. wagmi
>>
>>75477201
>coulda woulda shoulda
if I spent my time dwelling on all my past fuck ups I would have killed myself a long time ago. it's not productive or healthy
>>
>>75476439
Peaking at 30 when you knock up your wife is just good genealogy
>>
>>75477197
Cope lol I fuck zoomettes
>>
Started at 23, I'm now 25 and still DYEL, young men around 18-22 mog me at gym, I feel hopeless
>>
>>75477271
You sound like a huge bitch and you were never going to make it no matter when you started.
>>
>>75476604
Just kill yourself then
Makes the world a better place
>>
>>75476439
I started at 27.
I'm 28 now and I'm in the best shape of my life, by far.
Yes, it would have been better if I started being consistent about the gym earlier in life, but consider that the vast majority of people are nowhere close to fit at any age.
Some guys start much later than that and then they still reap the benefit compared to the version of them that didn't commit.
>>
>>75477265
>I MUST prove myself to anonymous people half my age!
yea, I'm thinking you're a massive loser
>>
>>75476604
it's not like you were ever going to be a pro athlete anyway lol
all that matters is being better today than yesterday
>>
>>75477197
>>75476726

>>
>>75477377
So in a year you managed to go from nothing to topshape?
>>
>>75477453
cry about it unc
>>
>>75476439
By continuing to lift. People have started later than you etc etc. Just keep going. Also post cock.
>>
>>75477443
trvke
>>
>>75476604
24 is barely out of your teens, dumbass
>>
>>75476604
Shut up you stupid retard. I started at 25 and got noticeably jacked within 3 months, after a year I was 40lbs heavier without gaining much fat. I didn't stay consistent though, I took entire years off since then and still never went back down to anywhere near my starting weight. Now I've only been back at it a month and am almost back to my strongest. My point being, you spend ONE YEAR of your miserable life working hard on yourself and you can make a drastic change which you will carry til the end of your days, with just a bit of effort every now and then.

>>75476665
Stop being fucking gay bro I'm 35 and it's more fun than before because I'm not as neurotic and insecure about it.

>>75476718
Do not listen to the roid tranny. Roid trannys are too fucking gay to make gainz natty.

>>75477271
Because you are fucking gay and you don't eat enough or lift hard enough.

I actually think it's the perfect age. At least for me, when I was 18-22 I couldn't stick with anything long term. Not a woman, a job, any good habits other than drinking and getting stoned constantly.

Your brain starts to fully developed around 25, so cement those good habits and you'll be a brick shit house in like a year. Recovery time is still immaculate then. You're on track OP, you're right on track my boy.
>>
>>75476919
Haha yeah phew
>>
>>75477459
Yes, with every relevant aspect (training, nutrition, recovery, supplementation) locked in pretty hard.
>>
>age doomer thread
Please just fuck off back to r9k.
You weren’t ever going to try or make it, begone.
>>
>>75476439
I started at 24 too. A decade later with periods of inactivity due to kids or just being busy. I'm 205lbs at 15%bf with 17 inch arms. I've hit 2/3/4/5.5. some for a single and some for reps. I'm going to do this shit till I'm an old man. And I've already got my son lifting in the back yard.
>>
>>75476439
I started lifting at 25 and i have been making great gains so far. Lift now op it's too late. By the time you turn 30 you should have a great physique

by knowing there are zoomers in their early 20's that weight 400 pounds or more, how the FUCK do you cope with being so fat so early in your life
