Would you consider bicep curls with a 50lb dumbell in each hand to be "curling 50lbs" or "curling 100lbs"?

Also would you consider bicep curls with 100lbs via a barbell to be "curling 100 lbs" or "curling 50lbs"?

*assuming you aren't curling one at a time but together in the first example

For your first question, I would say curling the 50s - anybody who's not retarded will know what you mean.
As to your second question, if youre barbell curling 100lb then you'd simply say that

You probably aren't curling it anyway. Do a concentration curl and see if you can do 50.

Depends on the context. If I'm tracking my workout with an app or something, I'd put 100lbs since the tracker I use doesn't distinguish between dumbbell/barbell curls. If I'm discussing dumbbell movements specifically with someone, I'd say 50s.

Dosnt answer the question.

Concentrations are easy as hell to cheat

depends on how manay reps you do, for example if you do 8 reps I would consider that curling 800lbs
